LSSI is hiring a full-time Secretary. Responsible for providing customer assistance in scheduling appointments, entering appointments into outlook schedule answer phone and transfer calls to appropriate area. Also responsible for completing intake scheduling procedures for new clients, entering groups in Carelogic schedule and individual appointments into Carelogic Schedule.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for functions of the front office including but not limited to answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and filing.
  • Provide assistance to clients who walk in with scheduling appointments and signing in for scheduled appointments.
  • Ensure incoming correspondence is routed to the appropriate area and individual.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest, and fair manner.

Position Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background check clearance required.
  • On-site, physical presence required.
  • Experience performing administrative duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, filing preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
