• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Drive and escort clients to outings, appointments, etc. into the community.
• Safely complete client transfers per facility protocol.
• Performs various housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Implement client individual habilitation plans.
• Provide advocacy and support to clients.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to promote a positive environment.
• Attend ongoing scheduled training and professional developmental sessions.
• Complete work in compliance with regulatory requirements & guidelines established by the supervisor.
• Performs other related tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DSP Certification, CPR First Aide. 
• At least 18 years of age.  
• Ability to meet extensive physical requirements of the position.  
• Ability to read & write English adequately to complete required documentation.  
• Ability to communicate adequately with clients, families, & co-workers.  
• Valid Driver's License.
