Roles & Responsibilities
• Reads work order and drawings for product specifications, such as dimension and tolerances
• Helps Tool & Die Machinist with setting up dies that are to be machined on machine tools such as lathes, boring machines, drill press, and grinders.
• Observe operation of machine and follow Safety rules
Desired Requirements
• Must be able to read and understand work orders, drawings, and other written instructions
Competency
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum three (1) years’ machine shop experience desired
• Tool & Die Helper will be adequately trained to perform related duties
Desired Qualifications
• High School Diploma
