Hyster Operator

Roles & Responsibilities

A Hyster Operator drives a gasoline, diesel, or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices, such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel-hook, fork-grapple, clamps, elevating platform to push, pull, lift, stack, or move products, equipment or materials in plant or yard

For this position, day-to-day responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
Work closely with Forging personnel

Desired Requirements

• Must be able to operate a forklift and lifting devices.
• Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job

Competency

Minimum Requirements

• Must possess ability to safely operate a powered industrial truck
• Must pass the annual operators test (as required by OSHA) and obtain an “Operators ID card”

Desired Qualifications

• High School Diploma
