SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Reporting to the Vice President, Manager of Commercial Loan Servicing, the incumbent is responsible for the supervision of 3 loan servicing staff in the servicing of commercial Resort Finance loans to ensure compliance with Bank policies and underwriting requirements so that each account is adequately maintained and protected. The principal function of this position is to protect earning investments through analysis and early problem detection; supervise staff in the servicing of existing and new loans, including requesting financials, scanning loan documents, and insurance, renewing UCC-1 filings, new loan onboarding, process advances and payments, pay participants, prepare payoff letters and releases, balance GLs, receive and process FIP monies, approve participation and new loan wires, process and review all modifications, update annual reviews and/or inspections, sell participation, sign checks, and respond to customer questions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The incumbent is responsible for all loan servicing and administrative activities to include accounting requirements, computer servicing issues, construction loan routines, loan disbursement controls, financial compliance, insurance compliance, quality control and investor reporting; more specifically may include support to lending officers, performing or delegating as follows: the preparation of monthly advances, payments, and releases along with yearly insurance and financials, request release of timeshare documents from servicing companies, notarize reassignments and FedEx originals to customers, perform yearly audits of resort customers via verification letters, balance lockbox account monthly via cash reconciliation reports, process P&I payments on 1st & 15th, email loan statements and balances to customers on 1st, download servicing reports to prepare monthly trend report due by 20th, prepare interest calculations, process teller tickets and outgoing wires for advances and payments, email correspondence to participating banks as needed, GL and DDA reconciliations, assist with gathering info for audit requests, filing daily work and organizing paperwork in borrower files, and scanning documents into our core system of record. Must develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and customers.
Administrative Supervises staff of 3 Loan Servicers in Commercial Loan Servicing for Resort Finance lending, which includes loan servicing, computer systems, portfolio management, and employee supervision.
Management Supervise staff of 3 loan servicers and approve participation and new loan wires, review all modifications, update annual reviews and inspections, sell participation loans, sign checks, and all of the before-mentioned essential functions when necessary.
Customer Service Supervises the nurturing and maintenance of effective professional relationships with existing customers, borrowers, mortgage loan correspondents, and institutional investors.
Financial/Credit Analysis May perform analysis of the existing portfolio based upon sound and quality underwriting and credit analysis.
Reporting/ Presentation Presents complete and detailed reports of lending activity and portfolio status to Management.
Supervisory Exercises effective management and supervisory skills in the area of performance appraisal, counseling, career development, and other personnel-related matters.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BS/ BA in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics
- Five + years of progressive analytical experience and management of market research projects and techniques, database analysis and development
- Excellent project management, analytical writing, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to communicate with and influence decision makers. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to deadline. Ability to propose analytic based approaches, and execute plans based on client needs
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize workload
- Must be flexible in scheduled work hours
- Previous supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
