The ideal candidate will combine expertise in data science with privacy engineering knowledge to develop innovative approaches to privacy protection and compliance automation. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:
- The Privacy Data Scientist/Analyst will focus on leveraging data analytics and AI to enhance privacy protection measures. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop privacy-preserving machine learning models
- Create analytics solutions for privacy monitoring
- Implement privacy-aware data processing pipelines
- Design privacy metrics and measurement systems
- Develop automated privacy impact assessments
- Create privacy risk analysis models
- Implement privacy-preserving data mining techniques
- Develop data anonymization solutions
- Create privacy compliance monitoring tools
- Analyze privacy control effectiveness
- Support privacy-focused research initiatives
- Design privacy-aware dashboards and reporting
- Implement privacy-preserving feature engineering
- Document privacy-focused methodologies
- Support privacy incident investigations
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science/analytics
- 2+ years of experience with privacy technologies
- Experience with machine learning and AI
- Current security/privacy certification (CIPT, Security+, or equivalent)
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Experience with privacy-preserving ML techniques
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Expertise in data anonymization techniques
- Understanding of privacy frameworks
- Experience with data protection technologies
- Proficiency in data visualization
- Knowledge of privacy metrics
