Program Manager
Kadiak LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Kadiak, LLC and our government customer.

This position is for a Program Manager to support the Indian Health Service (IHS) Mission by applying information technology solutions to their PMO Operations. This individual will be the primary interface with the IHS Leadership team, the COR and shall attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required, accompanied by a technical lead when necessary.
Ensures operational status of customer's systems, networks, and applications, assesses policy needs, and develops policies to govern IT activities. Keeps leadership aware of system status and troubleshooting/recovery activities as appropriate. Provides strategic planning, capital planning and acquisitions, investment control, and scheduling.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for ensuring that all work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.
- Oversee all contracted personnel and subcontracted resources used in the performance of this contract
- Responsible for program control and management for this effort
- Manage the personnel and staffing (including development, training, maintenance of staff clearance and evaluation)
- Allocate and schedule the contract resources
- Coordinate and communicate with Government management and technical resources.
- Prepare final correspondence, reports, and other published material; prepares briefing material; establishes and maintains program files; performs budget and finance.
- Responsible for development of strategic planning documents for the division.
- Perform budget assessments to project spending rates as requested by leadership and shall draft all responses to requests for information on Division budget status for review/approval by the Division Director.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrate relevant experience managing IT Governance Contract with Scaled Agile framework
- An advanced management certification such as PMI - PMP is required.
- Experience managing teams of over 75 people
- BA or BS degree in relevant field
- 15+ years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Scaled Agile framework and SDLC
- Project management experience managing Electronic Health Modernization Programs.
