Junior Power Apps Developer (Remote)
Koniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government company, is seeking a Junior Power Apps Developer to support KDS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This is a remote opportunity.
The Junior Power Apps Developer is a junior-level position that will assist with minor updates to existing Microsoft Power Apps applications, forms and reports.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing permission configurations for existing Power Apps solutions.
- Granting users access to Power Apps and SharePoint solutions.
- Implementing small changes to existing SharePoint and PowerApps applications.
- Implementing small changes to existing SharePoint and Power Automate workflows.
- Testing users requested enhancements.
- Assisting with migrating SharePoint functionality to Power Apps.
- Managing tier 2 support tickets in Service Now.
- Troubleshooting SharePoint and Power Apps issues.
- Documenting SharePoint and Power Apps solutions (workflows, formulas, custom code).
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business or a similar field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience supporting SharePoint solutions.
- 1-3 years of demonstrated experience supporting Power Apps Canvas solutions.
- Willingness to learn.
- Okay with taking direction from a senior level developer.
- Experience supporting Cognito forms for data collection.
- Experience with configuring Power Automate (Flow).
- Experience supporting SharePoint Applications.
- Experience managing SharePoint Lists and document Libraries (Filter & Sorting, Custom Views).
- Understanding of Power Apps formulas.
- Comfortable making minor changes to SharePoint and PowerApps solutions.
- Experience with the Agile methodology.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
- U. S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
