Business/ Functional Analyst
Koniag Tech and Infrastructure Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Business/Functional Analyst to support KTIS and our government customer in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide functional knowledge expertise for assigned applications and perform assigned tasks for assigned applications.
- Obtain requirements from customers/users.
- Develop documentation based upon Agile Scrum best practices.
- Identify, define, or modify interfaces with other systems/applications, ensuring agreements are formally documented with the interfacing system/application.
- Provide pre-implementation training resources to customers/users.
- Support resolution of production outages.
- Create and update work items in AzDO.
- Prepare release packages for approval.
- Analyze system requirements, convert functional design to detailed logic for coding the assigned software systems/modules/components.
- Review each module as well as the system as a whole for design validity.
- This includes, but is not limited to, validation of record input, data elements and output reports.
- Perform required testing based upon Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done, assuring software and systems quality and functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of college/work experience plus 3 years of experience in Agile concepts and principles and experience participating in Agile teams.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to identify and solve complex business problems.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements and documentation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of business processes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Ability to think strategically and align business solutions with organizational
