Solution Support Operations Lead I&D

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Solution Support Operations Lead I&D that has the ability to get and maintain a Public Trust clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer. This is a Remote opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Minimum 5 years Federal Government experience
  • 7–10+ years in EHR operations, sustainment, or clinical informatics
  • Data Analytics & Reporting using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Tableau
  • US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government clearance of at least a public trust

 

Enterprise Issue Resolution and Incident Response:

  • Expert knowledge of health information systems, incident response workflows, and ITIL-aligned service management frameworks
  • Skill in leading triage, resolution, and root cause analysis of enterprise-wide clinical system incidents, outages, and user-reported errors
  • Proven track record of cross-functional leadership across clinical and technical teams
  • Ability to maintain and govern a system-wide change request log, ensuring proper documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder communication

 

Domain and Release Management

  • Expert knowledge of EHR domain environments, transport mechanisms, and software lifecycle management within large-scale deployments
  • Skill in managing and coordinating complex release schedules, including major version updates, patches, and build migrations
  • Ability to plan and execute implementation efforts for new sites, services, or modules with minimal disruption to clinical operations
  • Ability to enforce domain governance policies ensuring configuration alignment with regulatory standards and patient safety

 

Tenant Panel Management:

  • Advanced knowledge of EHR configurations and how local care delivery needs influence system design
  • Skill in coordinating with clinical leadership and facility stakeholders to support localized workflow adaptation and governance
  • Ability to manage and validate local configuration changes in alignment with enterprise standards while preserving facility-specific needs
  • Ability to foster engagement, feedback, and adoption at local levels, ensuring EHR effectiveness in diverse operational environments

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, or related field
  • 7-10 years hospital or clinic experience
  • Experience presenting to large groups or key stakeholders preferred
  • Experience with Epic, Cerner, or other major EHR platforms preferred
  • PMP, ITIL, or SAFe Agile certifications preferred
