Project Coordinator
Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support ATS and our government customer. This is a Remote opportunity.

This position will work closely with the Contract Program Manager (CPM), PM, and Government representatives to maintain program schedules, quality standards, and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. The PC will also provide backup support for the PM when unavailable and interact regularly with government leads, internal and external stakeholders, and the contract team. The role requires availability during business hours (8am – 5pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday), except on federal holidays or when the government is closed for administrative reasons. This is a full-time position.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain software documentation formats/templates. Assist in creating and presenting project management and analytical reports.
Administrative Support:
- Handle administrative activities, including preparing presentation materials, managing tracking of software/hardware assets, and supporting change management for software initiatives.
Evaluation & Analysis:
- Perform or assist with complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, models, and systems to resolve management or contractual issues.
Work Breakdown & Visuals:
- Develop work breakdown structures and prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, scheduling, and decision-making.
System Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- Coordinate and document all aspects of the SDLC, including preparing reports, writing/editing technical material, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Program Coordination:
- Assist in managing program schedules, and quality standards. Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to contractual obligations while supporting the PM and Government leads.
Communication & Support:
- Provide backup support to the PM when necessary and communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, including government representatives.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Writing & Communication Skills:
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to organize and present information clearly and effectively, both in written and oral formats.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC):
- Strong understanding of the SDLC and the ability to support software change management processes.
Project Management Tools:
- Proficient with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, Atlassian Jira & Confluence, and other project management tools.
Agile Methodologies:
- Specialized experience in Agile software development methodologies is preferred.
Federal Government Experience:
- Strong knowledge of product delivery for Federal Government agencies and program management skills.
