FT Staff RN Harpers Ferry WV

Koniag Data Solutions LLC is seeking a full time Registered Nurse to join our team as a Staff Nurse at our location in Harpers Ferry, WV. This position offers an opportunity to provide essential healthcare services and support to our clients while working in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support increased staffing needs at the assigned location.
• Perform components of physical exams, including vital signs, audiometry, phlebotomy, and TB skin testing.
• Administer immunizations and medications according to policies and standing orders.
• Provide non-emergency care and emergency response according to protocols and policies.
• Conduct outreach activities and assist with new staff orientation.
• Maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in required training and maintain clinical competencies.
• Interact professionally with clients and customer agency representatives.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an NLN accredited School of Nursing
• Unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of West Virginia
• Current Healthcare provider BLS/AED recognized by the American Heart Association
• US Citizenship required by government agency customer
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Mandatory Pre-employment background check is required
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the clinical nursing duties (e.g., CPR performance, responding immediately to an emergency, carrying a thirty (30) pound Emergency Go-Bag, etc.) without accommodation as well as free from any communicable disease(s).
• Ability to pass a Public Trust Background Investigation
• At least 2 years experience providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, such as primary care, occupational health, urgent care or emergency department.
