Network Project Manager
Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Network Project Manager to support KMS and our government customer in Rosslyn, Arlington, VA. This is a hybrid opportunity.

The project manager manages the execution of individual project(s) within the program. He or she coordinates time, budget, and resources and delegates tasks. The project manager reports to the program manager regarding project status, issues, risks, etc.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manages execution of SDLC processes
- Agile and Waterfall, to plan, execute, monitor, and control IT Projects.
- Defines project scope and schedules while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
- Prepares and distributes progress reports.
- Manages risks and issues.
- Corrects deviations from plans and performs delivery planning for assigned projects
- Ensures conformance with project task schedules and costs.
- Develop project plans, resource utilization schedules and budget materials for multiple projects and operational activities
- Manages resources across projects and leads team development
- Manages project stakeholders.
- Support the Product Owner/Sponsor in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and helps to establish effective project governance.
- Managing quality control of project deliverables.
Required Professional Qualifications/Skills:
- Masters with 2 to 3 years’ experience or bachelor’s with 4 years’ experience
- At least 5 + years of IT Project Management experience leading staff of 5 + employees
- Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- PMP and Scrum Master Certifications
- 1+ year experience supporting business information systems within the building design construction, property management or real-estate industry
- Strong leadership and management skills (including budget and resource allocation)
- Proficiency with Agile Development processes and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Agile or SAFe Certification
