Position Purpose
The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the execution and optimization of JCB North America's marketing automation using Eloqua. This role will execute automation workflows, and email marketing programs while ensuring effective lead scoring, segmentation, and engagement tracking. The Marketing Automation Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to integrate Eloqua with Salesforce, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain automated workflows to support lead nurturing and customer engagement.
• Support email marketing programs, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Design and optimize lead scoring models to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to ensure seamless data integration between Eloqua and Salesforce.
• Analyze key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing automation
• Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
• Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications

• Eloqua certification or extensive hands-on experience with the platform.
• Experience working in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing or heavy equipment industries.
• Knowledge of demand generation strategies and customer journey mapping.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

• Expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams.

Job Conditions

  • Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment
