Position Purpose

This will be responsible for managing various aspects of financial reporting for Manufacturing business.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

• Month end closing.
• Product costing and price variance analysis.
• Analyze actual overheads vs budget and forecast.
• Prepare Inventory reports, analysis of variances and perform stock provision workings.
• Assist AFC & FC in forecast and budget preparation.
• Analyze revenue and cost of sales vs budget and forecast.
• Quarterly Supplier Statement reconciliation
• Cash and Bank management and Bank reconciling.
• Payroll reconciliation and posting.
• Manage tasks related to fiscal year closing.
• Handle statutory and internal audits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field, required.
• CPA or CMA qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• 6-10 years’ experience in finance and accounting

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

• 6-10 years' experience as an accountant in Manufacturing industry.
• Strong excel knowledge is must.
• Work experience in SAP is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Effective verbal and written communications skills.

Job Conditions

• Both office environment and occasionally manufacturing/factory environment
• Subject to noise and temperature changes
