The Club Fitting Specialist, Summer need to be knowledgeable about golf, have good communication skills, and understand ball flight laws. They also need to be able to explain how they select clubs and modify them to improve a golfer's performance. Need to fully understand the players equipment and frequencies of shafts to help better help the individual through complex of shafts and heads. 

Position Responsibilities 

• Conducts innovative tour-level What’s in the Bag 

• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process of What’s in the Bag 

• Oversees camp relations by growing and maintaining the fittings for their studio  

• Maintains brand standards by keeping work place up to studio standards 

• Operate technology including, but not limited to: Trackman 

• Builds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry 

• Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics 

• Performs other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills 

• College degree preferred 

• Experience with club fitting and launch monitors required 

• 1+ years in sales experience required 

• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred 

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes more than 40lbs. 

• Should be able to handle outdoor temperatures for a reasonable period. 

• Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, turf, fields, etc. 

• Ability to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays is required
