Duration: August - October / 20 hours a week

Job Summary:

NAI Global’s member services intern will work directly with the SVP, Operations and Member Experience Coordinator on evolving and streamlining the membership process. The ideal candidate is a student with a desire to build relationships with the accounts they will service while learning how a membership-based organization operates.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Maintain membership database to make sure all directory information is up to date for members.
  • Assist in the retention process of individual member accounts.
  • Respond to help inquiries for more information on the services they receive
  • Solicit member feedback on programming and member benefits. Create and present reports on continuous improvement opportunities for member benefits.
  • Assist in coordination of member engagement programs associated with forums, leadership development, and networking events.
  • Attend and participate at internal staff meetings.

Hourly Rate: $20 per hour
