Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Trailer Products Division. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, managing orders from entry to delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and effective problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding trailer products, including order placement, inquiries, pricing, product availability, delivery scheduling/status, and resolving invoicing issues.
- Assist customers with questions related to Trailer Product equipment.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams (sales, production, and shipping) to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of trailer products to assist customers with product selection and technical questions.
- Track and monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery and notify customers of any delays or changes.
- Assist in maintaining accurate customer records, pricing updates, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment; experience in the trailer or transportation industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Excel skills are a must
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a strong customer-first mindset.
- Technologically savvy – have a working knowledge of information technologies and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Working Conditions:
- On-site, Office environment with occasional visits to production areas.
- Standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed to meet customer demands.
