Stockroom Associate

Overview:
The Stockroom Associate reports directly to the Operations Supervisor & Strategic Buyer and is located at our Manchester NH facility. This role performs physical labor to place stock and supplies in the assigned place, is responsible for assembly work within the stockroom, and assists with shipping & receiving if necessary.  Must have a high regard to accuracy and quality. 

Essential Duties include, but not limited to:

• Component assembly and filling customer orders
• Pulling stock components
• Processing paperwork within Novia operations department
• Inventory activities - count verification, stocking shelves, etc.
• Light shipping & receiving - UPS, common carriers, salesmen, customer trucks, etc.
• Collaboration & communication with all members of the Novia staff
• Moving materials through the operation of pallet jacks
• Assist co-workers and the department supervisor in meeting production targets
• Assisting with shipping, receiving, palletizing and packaging of products
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Have exceptional attention to detail and dexterity
• Ability to read orders/paperwork
• MUST be able to read a measuring tape and understand numbers and figures
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and efficiently and with a good attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to lift and carry heavy objects (over 50 pounds)

Other Information:

• Hourly - Full Time (M-F; 7:00AM-3:30PM; potential overtime opportunities)
