We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to be part of the HealthRIGHT360 team to report to the Recruitment Manager.  You are someone with an abundance of positive energy, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  You excel at multitasking, paying unwavering attention to detail and enjoy building internal and external relationships to hire the best talent to meet business objectives.  

Must be within reasonable commuting distance to Bay Area program sites, administrative offices, local educational institutions. The standard in-office days are Mondays or whenever there is a new hire orientation or onboarding scheduled. 

Essential responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and operating the full recruiting lifecycle, including strategy, pipeline/sourcing through offer negotiations, with a focus on candidate experience, and influencing hiring decisions through data.
  • Travel to campuses, career fairs, events and conferences, with flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed.
  • Guide, advise and partner closely with Hiring Managers to define talent needs, develop sourcing and recruitment strategies, and align on timelines and goals.
  • Work with hiring managers and leaders to develop inclusive job postings that give prospects essential information about the role and provide a great first impression of HR360 and our programs.
  • Build and execute sourcing and engagement strategies across educational institutions, career fairs/events, and build strong relationships with external organizations to increase the agency’s visibility and access.
  • Identify, develop and maintain key partnerships with educational institutions and key external organizations to build an inclusive pipeline for current and future opportunities.  
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics and key performance indicators to Hiring Managers, HR, and agency leadership on a regular cadence to include conversion rates, and event effectiveness.
  • Regularly manage pipeline in our ATS with a focus on data completeness and integrity by updating statuses, messages, and all pertinent candidate information.
  • Utilize ATS and CRM to build talent communities and engage with talent via marketing campaigns for future opportunities as well as keep talent engaged with our brand.
  • Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Schedule interviews for candidates with a focus on accuracy and candidate experience. Be onsite as needed for key/leadership interviews.
  • Manage onboarding activities for candidates from communication to document collection and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure new hires are set up for their first day.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions in-person at least 2x a month.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 20% to our administrative offices, programs, events, educational institutions and partner organizations within California.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education, Certification, and Experience
  • Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience in full cycle recruitment, campus/university recruiting or sourcing
  • 1+ years corporate recruitment experience

Desired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Healthcare, medical or non-profit recruitment experience.
Must be able to complete a background check and livescan.
