Recruiter - Human Resources

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Recruiter is responsible for screening, interviewing and referring nursing and CMA applicants for consideration of open positions throughout Hattiesburg Clinic. The Recruiter should possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques; a general knowledge of all administrative and clinical functions within Hattiesburg Clinic; a basic understanding of the Clinic’s organizational structure, as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

High school diploma or equivalent, required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred; Previous experience with recruiting/interviewing, preferred; Three (3) years of nurse recruiting experience, LPN or RN, preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.  (Some travel is required for career fairs.)
