Customer Service Representative - Account Services

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Customer Service Representative verifies insurance and account information; updates account information as needed; counsels patients regarding account status and answers questions related to disputed balances; obtains information necessary to handle patient complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; previous medical office registration/billing experience is required; computer knowledge; excellent people skills; must have excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
