Lock Box Coordinator - Bookkeeping/Data Processing
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lock Box Coordinator is responsible for processing all insurance and patient payments from the lock box into workable batches for efficient and accurate payment posting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, required; Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (highly recommended but not required); Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Understanding medical terminology and insurance billing processes; Must be efficient on the keyboard; Must maintain accuracy with increased work volume; Must be flexible with overtime and schedule changes to accommodate departmental needs; Must have good attendance and punctuality; Must be able to get along well with fellow employees.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
