Senior Accountant - Accounting

POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Senior Accountant performs a variety of complex accounting tasks, they include: computing and preparing data for journal entries, related financial statements, reports, budgets and spreadsheets; performing cost accounting functions; analyzing and reconciling reports and accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, required; Six (6) plus years of related experience, required; CPA, preferred; Solid working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).  Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Capable of managing multiple priorities at once; Self-starter and motivator; Excellent communication and strong financial analysis skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs; specifically, Excel ; Detailed-oriented; Highly organized; Able to work with little to no supervision and perform under pressure.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday, 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
