Manager - Insurance
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager has direct supervision of the Insurance department. The Manager is responsible for maintaining and monitoring the Insurance department’s assigned accounts receivable to ensure that invoices are followed up correctly and in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, required; Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience, required; Solid knowledge base of CPT and ICD-10 codes, required; Previous experience working Medicaid denials and appeals, preferred; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Must be able to multi-task; Must maintain accuracy with increased work volume; Must be flexible with overtime and schedule changes to accommodate departmental needs; Must have good attendance and punctuality; Must be able to get along well with fellow employees.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday, 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
