Patient Accounts Representative, Lake Serene OB/GYN - Patient Accounts

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Patient Accounts Representative (PAR) is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification and account counseling.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Highly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regards to time management
• Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programs

WORK SCHEDULE:  Monday - Friday, 8:00A.M. - 5:00P.M.
