Collector - Account Services

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Collector is responsible for handling patient owed balances, which includes overall account review, processing of past due communications, establishing payment plans, customer service and outside agency handling.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent, required; Previous collections experience or medical office/insurance experience, required; knowledge of collection practices, required; must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs; specifically, in Excel; Must be detail-oriented; Must have strong customer service skills; Must also have strong organizational skills; Must have good grammar, spelling, and communication skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday, 8:00A.M. – 5:00P.M.
