Kiosk Customer Service Representative - Bellevue Family Medicine (Part-time, no benefits)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Kiosk Customer Service Representative is responsible for welcoming and assisting in setting the tone for a patient’s experience through the process of check in and out. The Kiosk CSR will be responsible for helping potential clients at our kiosk location. The Kiosk CSR will greet and thank our patients/caretakers/family at our kiosk/front lobby, build relationships, answering their questions, giving accurate directions to department, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast and friendly manner. The Kiosk CSR will also be responsible for transporting patients to the proper department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, required; Experience working with the public or in a healthcare setting, preferred; Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; Highly organized and detail oriented; Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programs.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday - 2:30P.M. - 6:30P.M (Part-time, no benefits/20 hours per week)
