Forest Hill Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Line Cook/Chef to join their outstanding team. We are looking for Full time and Part time, hours range from 5:30am-2:00pm and 10:30am-6:30pm!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full preparation of meals adhering to all dietary and safety protocols and ensuring accuracy in portion sizing and quality
- Adapt recipes and prepare meals in accordance to individual dietary restrictions and preferences
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, following all procedures and safety regulations
Job Skills:
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills and Knowledge of diverse cuisines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitization practices
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with staff
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
