Recreation Aide - Northshore Heights

As a Recreation Aide you’ll be responsible for…. 

• The creation and implementation of engaging recreation activities or programs for a diverse group of people 

• Leading and supervising recreation activities to ensure residents are engaged in the activity, are having fun, and are all actively participating  

• Encouraging participation in activities by promoting positive experiences events to residents  

• The set up and take down of all planned activities prioritizing cleanliness and organization  

• Communicating effectively with staff and residents to ensure a collaborative and uplifting environment

Required: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Must be able to lift over 25 pounds  

Our ideal candidate is someone who displays great leadership qualities and effective communication skills. Experience in event planning or musical ability is a plus!
