Front Office - Guest Services Representative - Hyatt Place Niagara Falls

Part Time Position

Pay Range 16.50 - 17.50 

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management systems 
• Greet guest warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming first impression
• Process payments, handle cash , and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data privacy and security 
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, safety standards
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
•  Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfil guest needs and resolve issues
•  Maintain a clean and organized font desk area, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere
• Following a check list and daily task that are provided each shift
