Sales Development Manager, Healthcare

Hamister Group, LLC, is hiring an experienced Sales Development Manager to oversee and manage healthcare sales for our organization.
Reporting to the Area Operations Director, this position will be directly responsible for helping the sales teams at our assisted living and memory care communities to meet and exceed budget goals

This is what we will need from you:
- Must be located in Buffalo, NY or Forest Hill, MD. This is not a remote position.
- Ability to travel (to include overnight travel) is a MUST.
- Prior experience teaching and training other sales leaders on referral development and sales calls/metrics.
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing plan development.
- Effectively uses systems and tools to manage referral source sales and inquiries.
- Utilizes creativity with sales strategies to partner with marketing (print advertisements, brochures, and media campaigns).
