Competitive Pay: $22 - $40 per hour (based on experience and skills assessment)

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to keep our equipment in top condition. Your role will focus on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, ensuring everything runs at peak performance. What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits and controls to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure machinery runs efficiently.
• Apply specialized skills or technical training to complete maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and environmental procedures.
• Contribute to a proactive maintenance culture focused on quality and reliability.

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industrial electrical maintenance certification or equivalent experience and training.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Hands-on experience with AC/DC circuits and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, basic hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience troubleshooting control devices, high-voltage systems, and performing machine rewiring.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and modify electrical systems as needed.
• Physically capable of moving freely throughout the facility, including walking, bending, using ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, and operating machinery/tools.
• Training in hazard recognition, PPE requirements, lockout/tagout, confined space procedures, and emergency protocols.
• Must pass a respirator fit test and follow regulations when working in designated areas.
• Air compressor knowledge is a plus.
