We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our maintenance team. This role is vital to the ongoing reliability, safety, and efficiency of our equipment and systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on expert in troubleshooting, repair, and system optimization with a proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior mechanics. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime, productivity, and safety are maximized.

What You'll Do: 
•    Assist in designing and implementing maintenance strategies for critical and complex machinery
•    Revise and enhance preventive maintenance procedures to increase equipment lifespan and uptime.
•    Diagnose and perform major repairs on industrial equipment including motors, pumps, furnaces, mixers, conveyors, and dust collectors.
•    Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
•    Interpret complex data sets from predictive tools to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
•    Assist with scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasks to align with safety and production goals.
•    Contribute to system modifications for improved performance and reliability.
•    Lead troubleshooting of complex electrical systems, including VFDs and high-voltage equipment.
•    Conduct safety audits, and risk assessments, and implement corrective measures.
•    Perform advanced welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and metal fabrication for machinery repairs/modifications.

What We Need From You: 
•    Minimum 5–7 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
•    Advanced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems knowledge.
•    Proficiency with diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance technologies.
•    Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Certification or degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
•    Required to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and respirator fit test
•    Ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, walk for 10+ hours, push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds, and work in an extremely hot environment
