PAY RANGE: $76,300.00 - $90,000.00 ANNUALLY

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The MarTech Specialist plays a vital role in the execution of digital marketing and technology initiatives, bridging content strategy with marketing platforms and operational execution. This position is responsible for managing intake, coordination, and execution of marketing technology requests—paid media support, affiliate marketing, and personalized campaign delivery.

As part of the Marketing Technology team, the Specialist supports multiple business lines by collaborating across departments to deliver cohesive, engaging, and data-driven content experiences across digital channels including mobile, web, and business banking platforms.

TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:

  1. Campaign Management & Personalization:
    • Support end-to-end campaign setup across digital properties (web, mobile, email, business banking).
    • Execute and manage real-time personalization strategies based on behavioral triggers and audience segmentation.
    • Coordinate testing, QA, and deployment schedules in collaboration with Product Owners and Marketers.
  1. Affiliate Marketing Support:
    • Manage content and technical updates for affiliate and partner campaigns.
    • Ensure timely execution of banners, product links, promotions, and tracking integrations.
    • Work closely with Marketing Analytics to evaluate affiliate performance and suggest improvements.
  1. Digital Marketing Strategy Execution:
    • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of digital marketing strategy requests.
    • Support and help move site optimization items from ideation to execution
    • Product management and coordination as needed to help team meet deadlines
  1. Paid media campaign execution:
    • Support and coordinate execution of digital and traditional paid media tactics in coordination with agency.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as a liaison between Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to align content execution with campaign goals and system capabilities.
    • Support project timelines by ensuring deliverables meet both creative and technical requirements.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Contribute to the development of process documentation and best practices for campaign deployment and MarTech request intake.
    • Identify opportunities to automate workflows or enhance scalability of MarTech operations.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTACTS & RELATIONSHIPS:

  1. INTERNAL: Collaborates regularly with Digital Marketing, Brand, Product Management, IT, and Compliance teams.
  2. EXTERNAL: Coordinates with third-party vendors, agency partners, affiliate platforms, and/or MarTech tool providers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field required.
  2. EXPERIENCE: 3–5 years in digital marketing or MarTech operations. Experience working with MarTech platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with affiliate networks and campaign tracking methodologies a plus.
  3. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
  • Understanding of UI/UX, SEO, digital marketing best practices, and digital user behavior.
  • Working knowledge of digital and web technologies
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Agile or sprint-based workflows preferred.
  • Comfortable with multitasking and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
  2. Corrected vision within the normal range.
  3. Hearing within normal range.  A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed.
  4. Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
