RESPONSIBILITIES:
Awesome place to shop:
· Plans and places orders and monitors supply needs to meet customer demand without increasing back stock
· Ensures the service-oriented and enthusiastic attitude of all teammates – holds teammates accountable for their roles
· Works with the team Lead, Coach, Captain and merchandising team to ensure appropriate product mix
· Ensures quality product through rotation, date coding, credits, quality checks, and smart use of back stock
· Delivers awesome, clean displays and executes marketing, pricing and signage plan

· Initiates and follows up on all vendor credits
· Drive sales by executing the sales plan and ensuring team provides outstanding customer service
· Monitors and implements risk management procedures (food and employee safety and emergency procedures)
