Internship - Marketing

Position Overview and Job Responsibilities: 

The Marketing Intern is based in Memphis, TN and will have the opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of property marketing, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional living experiences. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Monitor and manage social media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement 

• Collaborate on social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and relevant messaging 

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, both in-person and virtual;  Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials for events and community outreach 

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential areas for improvement; Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis 

• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics; Contribute to the preparation of regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights for continuous improvement 

• Update creative assets on digital properties, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing online presence; Curate and add captivating images to our digital asset management tool 

Education Requirements and Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma required; Must hold Junior or Senior standing and have completed 2+ years of higher education completed with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher 

• Must be currently enrolled in a higher education institute, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree within the Marketing, Communications or other related field 

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Instragram Reels and TikTok) a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook 

  Respectfulness, trustworthiness, and empathy 

• Positive attitude, enthusiastic about marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment 

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills 

• Excellent organization, time management, project management, and customer service skills 

• Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely; Present ideas, report facts, and other pertinent information
