The Business Support & Service Delivery Program & Project Manager is responsible for supporting end to end projects across the business units within the Enterprise by managing end to end deliverables of complex, cross functional projects. The program and project manager will play an integral role by driving innovative led ideas through in-depth department intake to create road maps and project plans to deliver strategic implementations such as Vikar and other applications, tools, and onboarding programs for the Enterprise. This role will ensure projects are executed as aligned with strategic priorities within established timelines and efficiencies. This position requires a high degree of sophistication, resourcefulness, and creativity and the ability to produce business that are timely and cost effective.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage projects independently from inception to delivery using sound judgment in resolving project challenges and ongoing monitoring once the project is completed.
- Facilitate detailed requirements discussions across stakeholder groups and promote optimal testing plan/strategies.
- Effectively communicate with the business lines and senior leadership to ensure project timelines, scope of projects, and risks are communicated and transparent to all stakeholders.
- Provides leadership to technology and business partners to turn requirements into delivery with analyses and recommendations for solutions that meet business objectives within a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Present solution options and project status to the leadership, represent project team in decision group meetings working closely with product owner and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Demonstrate a high degree of time management and organization to drive project deliverables. Ensures all infrastructure build activities are supported by adequate documentation.
- Gain approval & effectively communicate with partners including requirements, expectations, dependencies, and results of validation for projects.
- Develop thorough documentation for onboarding/training team members for learning and development.
- Serving as primary point of contact and team representative with internal and external partners which incudes external vendors
- Collaborating with team leadership to vet analysis and ensure analysis quality
- Coordinating with team leadership and others, as assigned, to ensure analytics are aligned with team and system imperatives
- Acts as an active and visible leader within the team, including training team members, including onboarding new team members.
- Shares best practices across departments.
- Automate daily procedures using AI.
PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Computer Science and or comparable work experience preferred
- Seven (7) to ten (10) of relevant business experience, with preference for background in Finance, Operations, Project Management. Banking Experience Required
- Excellent writing and communication skills to clearly articulate complex ideas and hold executive presence with senior leadership.
- Proven experience with requirement builds and technology implementation for improved service delivery.
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies with Project Management Certification Preferred
- Ability to build trust across organization and create accountability for delivery of high quality and timely results.
- Highly skilled to prioritize and manage projects and deliver on multiple initiatives that have significant and/or financial impact to the organization.
- Demonstrates high standards and prudent decision making & confidentiality in working with sensitive information.
- Able to work both at a high level and in detail to drive routine business operations.
- Team player who respectfully challenges ideas, demonstrates humility, and can collaboratively implement cross-functional solutions.
- Continuous learner who is motivated by complex challenges and opportunity for exposure across a growing enterprise
