Treasury Management Administrator
Position Purpose: The Treasury Management Administrator will be responsible for servicing and supporting the Bank’s Treasury Management banking products and services including, but not limited to, commercial online banking, positive pay, ACH/wire origination, ACH block/filter, mobile deposits, ICS and remote deposit capture. In addition, this position will provide client support and education of Treasury products and services. Responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining processes and procedures required to on-board all Treasury Services, as well as working closely with the Treasury Sales team to support their sales efforts.
Essential Duties:
- Building strong relationships and partnerships with the First Bank Sales Team as a vehicle for understanding individual market needs that may facilitate client development and revenue growth.
- Understand and influence internal process improvements required to streamline the client experience through direct involvement in the treasury service onboarding process.
- Administer the collection of client documentation for Treasury and various other services.
- Act as a liaison between sales and bank operations on the customization and implementation of Treasury Services client relationships.
- Coordinate service and installation of ancillary services with operations support. Provide support to existing clients on operational and/or technical problems related to commercial services.
- Maintain required inventory levels of hardware.
- Coordinate annual reviews of all ACH Origination, RDC and Wire clients.
- Provide routine and regular follow-up with customers post-installation and on-boarding.
Other Duties:
- Provide technical and product training for officers, staff and clients.
- Collaborate with other departments on projects and initiatives as needed.

Communication (Requirement to communicate orally and verbally):
- This position requires well-refined verbal and written communication skills to effectively support and service the Treasury Management Services outlined above. The position may be asked to provide periodic reports to management regarding program success and updates.

Knowledge/Skills:
- College degree is preferred, but not required
- Fundamental knowledge of Treasury Management Products
- Possess a strong PC aptitude
- Current on risk and fraud trends associated with the various services supported
- Banking experience required
- Proven consultative and customer service abilities
- Solid interpersonal and time-management skills
- Technological capacity to coordinate the installation of commercial products (i.e. merchant card terminals and check scanners) with the appropriate operational support.
