EXL Health is looking for a Business Strategy Manager. This is a remote role within the US.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic thinker to join our team as a Business Strategy Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to synthesize information from different business functions, provide strategic recommendations, and support decision-making through research and analysis. Your work will directly contribute to business growth, operational efficiency, and informed leadership decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess industry expertise and a forward-thinking mindset, capable of addressing challenges and opportunities within the payment integrity landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-impact presentations and reports for the General Manager and leadership team, effectively communicating insights and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze various business functions, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing a holistic view of challenges and solutions.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that could impact the business.
• Synthesize data and insights from multiple sources to develop strategic narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and curate key business insights for leadership consumption.
• Track key business performance metrics and provide analytical support to drive data-informed decisions.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with Information Technology and data analytics domains
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience creating executive-level presentations.
• Strong research capabilities with the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
• Ability to work cross functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong problem solving and critical-thinking skills.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
• Collaboration and relationship-building skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with US Healthcare is a plus.
• Background in mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, or business development.
