Job Title: Treasury Cash Operation Specialist-Permanent
Basic Function:
- Receive Checks for various clients
- Deposit Checks to perspective bank accounts
- Sort and prepare incoming mail related to checks
- Follow check negotiable rules as outlined in standard operating procedures
- Ensure cash deposit adhere to client’s requirements
- Maintain Check Deposit Logs
- Create and mail letters
- Operate the Remote Deposit Scanner
- Create UPS Labels
Essential Functions:
Below outlines the main areas of transaction processing responsibility:
- Ensure day to day check deposit for all clients
- Ensure deposits are processed to appropriate bank accounts.
- Ensure cash is handled in accordance with compliance and standard operating controls
- Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely manner
Qualifications:
Preferred
Data Entry
High School Diploma
Good communication skills
Knowledge of MS office including Excel
