La Bahia Hotel and Spa is seeking a creative and detailed-oriented Sales Coordinator who plays a key role in promoting and enhancing the guest experience through strategic brand engagement and support of the sales team. This position will assist in supporting and deploying high-impact promotional content, targeted emails, and social media campaigns to strengthen customer engagement. This role will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, helping identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and promote La Bahia Hotel & Spa’s premium offerings. By delivering impeccable service and innovative programming, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will uphold La Bahia Hotel & Spa’s service standards (inspired by Forbes) while elevating our beachfront property.

This position has a start date of 6/23/2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and promotional materials for corporate, group, and leisure bookings.
  • Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate site inspections, sales blitzes, and client meetings to drive conversions.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in managing the hotel’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging content (photos, videos, reels) to showcase amenities, events, and promotions.
  • Schedule and monitor posts, respond to comments/messages, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and paid ads to attract guests and boost direct bookings.
  • Design visually appealing collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations) that align with brand standards.
  • Support promotional events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to increase brand visibility.
  • Work with photographers/videographers to capture high-quality property images (rooms, dining, amenities).
  • Assist in coordinating on-property events, weddings, and group stays with cross-departmental teams.
  • Help coordinate press visits, FAM trips, and collaborations to boost visibility.
  • Track RSVPs and engagement for hosted events, VIP nights, or loyalty programs.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, budgets, and vendor communications.
  • Maintain inventory of sales/marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Assist sales with lead generation tools (e.g., targeted LinkedIn outreach).
  • Support special projects like seasonal packages, loyalty programs, or CSR initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform all other duties that may be assigned as needed by your manager.
