The Lifestyle Coach is responsible to work with members to help people develop tools and skills that will help them make lasting changes in their mindsets and behaviors. Through primarily a text-based chat, coaches regularly meet with their members to assist them in developing attainable goals, offer support and encouragement, track successes and setbacks, and provide resources, tips and strategies to facilitate on-going progress.
Doctor On Demand Lifestyle Coaches are an integral part of each member’s multidisciplinary care team. Coaches help members reduce stress, improve relationship skills and build life coping skills. Coaches use clinical and/or coaching experience, good judgment, and protocol to determine if a member needs to be referred to to a higher level of care, such as Therapy and/or Psychiatry, or other internal or external resources. Coaches are a member of our team and will collaborate with other Doctor On Demand clinical and support staff to help drive whole person care and health
