Responsibilities:

• Assist the pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products 
• Help with the creation of fruit salad, pastries and other baked items, measuring ingredients, kneading dough, taking items in and out of the oven, and placing products on cooling racks
• Help Chefs prepare ingredients and clean kitchens. 
• Work in different stations such as the fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook  
• Report problems with the food safety management system to management and the hygiene and food safety team 
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management 
• Upkeep and maintain food safety

Qualifications:

• Proactive and self-organized 
• Ability to manage through a substantial workload 
• Capable to work independently as well as in a team environment  
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the given time to meet strict deadlines 
• Flexibility (different shifts –days, nights, weekends, holidays)
