Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business process requirements in collaboration with US-based teams to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Align local operational needs with the global ERP standard by coordinating closely with the global ERP team, resolving scope differences, and supporting solution design.
- Define data, testing, and configuration requirements while overseeing accurate documentation, including process flows, testing plans, and user manuals.
- Ensure timely delivery of US-specific configurations, conduct functional and system testing, validate data accuracy, and manage system readiness.
- Lead user training sessions, facilitate end-user adoption, and ensure support processes are formalized and documented through the IT ServiceDesk.
- Support project execution by monitoring timelines, deliverables, and communicating progress and milestones to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, warehousing, finance, and IT to drive ERP implementation and resolve operational challenges.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, maintain system integrity, and drive continuous improvements based on user feedback.
- Recommend and coordinate enhancements, system updates, and localized adjustments in alignment with global ERP developments.
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation and ensure ease of access and usability for all relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in a related industry.
- Proven experience supporting or managing ERP implementation projects, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC365) or NAV, within warehousing, production, or airline catering environments highly desired.
- Strong understanding of core business functions including finance, manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated ability to document and translate business processes into functional ERP requirements.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical system issues and providing user-oriented support and training.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with both technical and operational teams to align solutions with business needs.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage timelines, track progress, and support testing and validation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear documentation and user guides.
- Flexible, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- A can-do, service-focused attitude aligned with hospitality industry standards.
- Experience in airline catering, hospitality, or event-based IT environments is highly desirable.
