Come sell for an industry leader in medical/hospital supplies.  DeRoyal provides health care professionals with unparalleled medical products such as: orthopedics, surgical and wound care supplies, and much more.  DeRoyal is headquartered in the Knoxville, TN area and employs 1,900 associates worldwide. We are currently looking for Inside Sales Representatives to join our Medical Surgical Solutions team.  In this role, representatives will be responsible for managing assigned inside sales territory for assigned categories and customers focused on excellent customer service for all customers.

Some key responsibilities include:

Prioritize customer service requests to maintain communication and support customer relationships.

 

Follows up in 24 hours all new inquiries, leads, and customer requests within assigned region.

 

Completes an assigned number of phone calls and emails per day to ensure accounts are taken care of.

 

Engages and communicates with MSS Specialists regarding Region progress updates

 

Keeps an organized log of communications made daily.

 

Possesses a professional phone presence and able to communicate clearly with customers.

 

Utilizes Prestige Ameritech & S2S product knowledge to detail, support customer service requests, and sell products to customers.

 

Places customer orders in a timely manner and responds to customer needs immediately.

 

Possesses the ability to work with other departments, such as Marketing, Customer Support, etc.

 

Contributes to the team’s overall sales growth goal, as well as achieving weekly personal sales goals.

 

Travels out in the field to assist reps with go-lives and facility education.

 

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) required with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; prior sales experience a plus.
