FT | Mon – Fri 8:15 AM–5:00 PM | Some evenings/weekends as needed

What You'll Do
As an Associate Licensed Clinician, you’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to assess, treat, and support individuals through their mental health journey. From conducting thorough clinical evaluations to delivering evidence-based therapy, your role is pivotal in helping clients stabilize, recover, and thrive.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform biopsychosocial assessments and suicide risk evaluations
- Formulate diagnostic impressions and collaborate on treatment planning
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based methods
- Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care for mental health and substance use concerns
- Coordinate services and referrals within a multidisciplinary care team
- Document all services timely and accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing training
What You Bring
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
- Licensure as LMSW, APC, or AMFT in the state of Georgia
- Actively working toward full licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in behavioral health or substance use treatment
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and co-occurring disorders
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency with EHR systems
Preferred:
- Fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with youth or diverse populations is a plus
