Clinical Manager – Behavioral Health Outpatient Services – Kirkwood MHC

What You’ll Do

As Clinical Manager, you’ll provide both clinical and administrative supervision for a dynamic interdisciplinary team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a supportive, high-performing clinic environment that emphasizes quality, safety, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure performance goals are met
  • Monitor and improve evidence-based practices, documentation standards, and client outcomes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and contract adherence
  • Provide clinical supervision, professional development, and HR-related support for staff
  • Collaborate on budget oversight and strategic planning
  • Promote a therapeutic, safe, and inclusive environment for clients, staff, and families
  • Develop internal and external partnerships to support whole-person care
  • Deliver clinical services as needed and lead by example in trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
  • Represent the agency’s values and model leadership excellence at all times

 

What You Bring to the Role

  • Georgia Licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments for mental illness and addictive diseases
  • Ability to lead from a person-centered, recovery-focused, trauma-informed approach
  • Tech-savvy and able to manage documentation, metrics, and team coordination with ease

 

Preferred:

  • At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience
  • Supervisor credential (CPCS or ACS) if licensed as LPC
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus!
