Licensed Clinical Manager – DeKalb Addiction Clinic

Lead With Purpose. Serve With Compassion.

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Intensive and Non-Intensive Substance Use Treatment Programs at the DeKalb Addiction Clinic. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead clinical teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and directly support adults living with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping effective recovery paths by delivering evidence-based treatment, supervising clinical staff, and driving program excellence within a person-centered, trauma-informed framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership

  • Manage and monitor program budgets in collaboration with the Clinical Director
  • Supervise and support clinical staff with daily oversight and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and agency requirements
  • Maintain a safe, therapeutic, and customer-service-focused clinic environment
  • Leverage data to make informed decisions that drive program improvement

 

Clinical Oversight

  • Provide direct clinical services: assessments, individual, group, and family counseling
  • Promote evidence-based practices and a recovery-oriented care philosophy
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with agency policies
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and clinical integrity
  • Offer clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to treatment staff
  • Actively engage in supervision and guidance with the Clinical Director

 

Organizational Impact

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance care coordination
  • Support the agency's strategic goals through leadership and innovation
  • Develop emerging leaders and contribute to a culture of continuous growth
  • Maintain a consistent leadership presence that models professionalism and compassion

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment
  • Proven ability to manage clinical operations and supervise staff
  • Proficient in using technology, electronic health records, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Commitment to a person-centered, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed care approach

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Background in substance use treatment programming
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
