Licensed Therapist – Winn Way MHC - Outpatient Program

Are you a compassionate and skilled licensed clinician who thrives in dynamic, client-centered environments? We’re looking for a dedicated Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing vital services to individuals living with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, from routine to complex cases
  • Develop and implement individualized, client-driven treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy
  • Respond to critical situations including suicidal or homicidal ideation, and assess for involuntary commitment when necessary
  • Collaborate on multi-disciplinary care planning and case management, ensuring access to internal and external resources
  • Track treatment progress and adjust care strategies as needed
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and meet all regulatory and agency requirements
  • Serve as a clinical liaison, connecting clients to necessary services and support systems
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision, peer consultation, and ongoing professional development

 

Qualifications

  • Active Georgia licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
  • Proficient in evidence-based treatment for mental illness and substance use disorders
  • Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with EHR systems and comfort managing a clinical caseload
  • Flexible, organized, and committed to a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented model of care

Preferred:

  • Experience in outpatient or residential mental health and/or addiction treatment
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, veterans, and those with co-occurring disorders
  • Skilled in group facilitation and psychoeducation

 

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Full-time schedule, primarily weekdays with occasional evening flexibility based on client needs
  • Services may be provided in-office or virtually
  • Must be able to lift/carry up to 5 lbs and meet general ADA physical requirements
